Consisting of:

  • (a) that part of the Capital Regional District lying westerly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the northerly limit of said regional district with Finlayson Arm (Saanich Inlet); thence southerly along said arm to Goldstream River; thence southerly along said river to the southerly limit of Goldstream Indian Reserve No. 13; thence easterly along said limit to Finlayson Arm Road; thence generally southerly along said road to the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway No. 1); thence southerly and easterly along said highway to Veterans Memorial Parkway (Highway No. 14); thence southerly along said parkway to Latoria Road; thence easterly along said road and its projection to the easterly limit of the City of Colwood; thence northeasterly along said limit to the southwesterly limit of the District Municipality of Esquimalt; thence generally easterly along the southwesterly and southerly limits of said district municipality to the westerly limit of the City of Victoria; thence southerly along said limit and its projection to the southerly limit of said regional district; and
  • (a) those parts of the Cowichan Valley Regional District comprised of:
    • (i) the City of Duncan;
    • (ii) the District Municipality of North Cowichan;
    • (iii) that part of the Town of Ladysmith lying southerly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the southwesterly limit of said town with Holland Creek; thence northerly and easterly along said creek and its projection to the easterly limit of said town in Stuart Channel;
    • (iv) subdivisions A, B, C, D and E;
    • (v) that part of Subdivision G lying easterly of the Town of Ladysmith, excepting Valdes Island, Pylades Island and Ruxton Island;
    • (vi) Kuper Island Indian Reserve No. 7.
