Consisting of those parts of the Greater Vancouver Regional District comprised of:

  • (a) the City of White Rock;
  • (b) that part of the City of Surrey lying southerly and westerly of a line described as follows: commencing at the intersection of the westerly limit of said city with 64th Avenue; thence easterly along said avenue to King George Boulevard (Highway No. 99A); thence generally southerly along said boulevard to the Serpentine River (south of 48th Avenue); thence generally easterly along said river to the southerly production of 160th Street; thence northerly along said production and 160th Street to 56th Avenue; thence easterly along said avenue to 168th Street; thence southerly along said street to 8th Avenue; thence westerly along said avenue to Highway No. 99; thence southerly along said highway to the southerly limit of said city; and
  • (c) Semiahmoo Indian Reserve.
