By accessing or using the following public Web mapping application (Map Viewer) or accessing or using any of the content available within the Map Viewer (Content), you agree to be bound by the following terms of use:

1. The Map Viewer and the Content is for your personal and non-commercial use. The Content displayed is approximate and for illustrative purposes only. It may not necessarily map the electoral boundaries accurately and is not a substitute for the legal descriptions of the electoral boundaries.
   
   
2. You acknowledge that the Content may contain cartographic errors or omissions. The electoral boundaries commissions make no representation or warranty of any kind regarding the validity, accuracy, usefulness or completeness of the Content or the Map Viewer, and expressly disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Content or the Map Viewer.
   
   
3. You assume full responsibility for any action you may take while accessing or using the Map Viewer or Content. The electoral boundaries commissions and any of their members, employees, agents, successors and assigns shall not be liable for, and you hereby waive, any claims for any damage or loss arising directly or indirectly from errors, omissions or inaccuracies that may be found in the Content or in the Map Viewer or from the use, application or interpretation of the Content or the Map Viewer by any party.
   
   
4. Some of the Content generated by the Map Viewer is provided by Google Inc. You agree to be bound by Google's Terms of Use, which can be accessed through a link found at the bottom of the maps displayed by the Map Viewer.
